After thorouhly reading through the overview of our grant programs, please submit a Letter of Intent at least one month prior to the application deadline (see chart here). We will need all the information requested in the PDF below, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When you have finished, please email the LOI to grants@mosaicfound.org
This letter MUST BE COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED before your application can be reviewed by our Grants Committee.
2.) Step Two - Grant Application
After completing the Letter of Intent, you may download the Grant Application below, and put together your proposal for submission. We ask that you keep your proposal to 15 pages or less (not including documents requested as attachments).
The Mosaic Foundation welcomes collaboration with other grant makers and favors grant seekers with multiple sources of support. All applications will be treated as confidential.
Please be aware of our important dates and deadlines, and have your proposal in on time. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy format, and postmarked by the deadline to be considered by the Grants Committee. Proposals submitted via fax or email will not be considered.
Important Application Information
All submissions must be in English. If your organization cannot provide its proposal in English, please contact the Mosaic Foundation for assistance.
